Daniella Dominique Reyes
Currently I am twenty two and I am never not happy. I’m a full-time research and advocacy associate, specializing in labor relations and labor laws. But whenever I’m not doing research and advocacy work, I am traveling, writing, and photographing for love.
I was a writer and a sketch artist first, spending the wee hours of the night conjuring stories, movie scripts, and poems in notebooks that end up being half-filled with doodles of eyes, hands, and lips.
But my short attention span got the better of me, and I cannot finish a drawing anymore. Photography has since become my saving grace.
I am from the Philippines where the most resilient people live.
This blog is many things: a documentation of how my writing and photography change over time, it is a love letter, a gift to my future children, a collection of memories, and most importantly perhaps, my offering of vulnerability to the world.
